How do I return/exchange items?

RETURN POLICY

REFUND ITEM

  • To initiate a return, simply click on this link, enter your order number and zip code, then follow the prompts on the screen to print a shipping label. Package the item, then drop it in the mail. We take care of the costs of return shipping, but you are responsible for the cost packaging (such as the envelope).
  • Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that due to payment processor rules, it may take up to 10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on the account of your payment method.

GIFT EXCHANGES

  • If you received merchandise as a gift and would like to exchange it for another item, please contact us at support@dudeperfect.store for assistance.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

  • If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise was damaged or defective, please contact us at support@dudeperfect.store for assistance.

MARKED DOWN MERCHANDISE

  • All sales are final on marked down merchandise. Sale items, promotional items, clearance items and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I manage my T-Shirt Club Subscription?

Login to your account using the email that you purchased the subscription with (https://dudeperfect.store/account/login). From there you will be able to view your subscriptions, update payment, view purchase history, update shipping address, and cancel/reactive subscriptions.

Dude Perfect Fundraiser item from my child’s school / Boosterthon Support

We don’t directly create or handle the products sold through Boosterthon; we simply support their efforts for schools with our brand. The best point of contact will be on the Boosterthon Website.

Dude Perfect Games / Toys Support

If you purchased a toy from https://www.shopdudeperfect.com/or Amazon, please send an email to their support team at dudeperfect@customerstatus.com. Because this is a different store, we will not be able to directly assist with those orders through the dudeperfect.store Customer Support channel.
