I would love to be able to write you a good review. But I am unable to, due to the fact I have not receive any of the products I ordered in May. My daughter absolutely loves Duke Perfect, and she follows you on YouTube. So, as a father, I wanted to surprise her and get her some new swag from your online store FOR HER BIRTHDAY. I placed an order around May 24th, and the original shipment date was May 25th. I'm thinking this is PLENTY of time for a normal shipment, even during the COVID-19, due to the fact her birthday is in early June. That was NOT the case. Also, please know, I am aware of the shipment delays in these difficult times. I get it, I promise I do. On that note, you should really reconsider using FedEx Smartpost for any of your shipping needs. My package went from Traverse City, MI, to Durham, NC back to Traverse City, MI, then to Raleigh, and yes you guessed it, back to Traverse City, MI. I have yet to see a delivery driver and to say I was aggravated, would be an understatement. Again, I get it, things happen. But I guess I would expect at least a response from the Merchant (Merchline) in a timely manner. I left them multiple messages, emails, etc. and never received a call back. It took them over a week to respond to me and I am just now getting a notification that it has reshipped. But guess what, no tracking number! So, I'm hoping my items will be here soon. But I have no way of knowing... So, as soon as I receive my merchandise, I will be more than happy to write a much better response/ Regards. Unhappy Customer (aka Jay)
